The list already given is the consolidated one. Please provide the brochure and list of participants of the training program organised. Please provide the List of participants in each programme and participation certificates /attendance of the participants in that particular programme Please note that for Teaching/ non-teaching staff One teacher attending more than one professional development program in a year will be counted as one only For all the Teaching staff: Programs duration is less than those stipulated by UGC/AICTE or one week will not be considered For non teaching staff: All the programs attended by them are of less than one week Please provide List of participants for each programme during the last five years and Annual reports highlighting the programmes undertaken by the teachers Please provide the list of non teaching staff year-wise Please provide the following supporting documents to the input given: • List of professional development / administrative training programs organized by the institution • Event Brochures and reports year-wise • List of participants in each programme • Photographs with date adaption. • Annual reports highlighting the programs organized by the institution Also please provide the list of teaching and non- teaching staff participating in Faculty development Programmes (FDP), Management Development Programmes (MDPs) professional development /administrative training programs during the last five years in excel sheet format.
