Vasantidevi Patil Institute of Pharmacy, Kodoli was established with the aim to impart quality pharmacy education and training to cater the needs of the pharmacy profession and society at large. The journey started in 2003 by introducing the first Pharmacy institute in the Kodoli under aegis of Shri Yashwant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Kodoli. The institute is approved by AICTE New Delhi, PCI New Delhi, and DTE Mumbai, recognized by Government of Maharashtra & affiliated to a MSBTE, Mumbai and Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The Institute is situated at the foot hills of Panhala, in the area of Kodoli, about 10 kilometres away from National Highway- 4 and 35 km away from major city, Kolhapur. The institute occupies the area of approximately 4 acres having its own 5470 sq.mts. building with excellent infrastructure which in-houses facilities such as sophisticated laboratories, resourceful library with latest books, national& international journals and well-equipped classrooms with modern teaching aid. Vasantidevi Patil Institute of Pharmacy is a progressive edifying organization, dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. This institute has been dedicated to decree solutions to big challenges and to prepare the student for leadership in a multifaceted world.

Hostel Rules
Ragging is absolutely forbidden in all forms, and anyone found guilty will face harsh punishment.
The visitors' book, which is accessible at the hostel entrance with the security officer, must be filled out by all guests, including the parents or guardians. Only on weekends are all parents permitted to see their wards.
Students should not let unauthorised visitors or property inside their rooms.
No one, not even guests, is allowed to spend the night in any area of the hostel.
All students are required to return to the hostel by 7:00 p.m. Any student who desires to travel should request permission from the relevant official with the necessary justifications.
Students are in charge with keeping their possessions secure. Students should take good care of their stuff and supply their own locks. When going outdoors, students should securely lock their rooms. Each roommate is required to retain a key to her own door lock.
Hostel equipment, furniture, and other property should be handled properly by students. They should not mistreat or interfere with them. If so, the hostel administration will impose the appropriate penalties.
Students must use caution when using power and water. The hostel administration will impose a fee if fans, tubes, etc. are discovered on while the students are not present in their rooms.
Only dispose of waste and rubbish in the dumpsters located near the hostel's grounds. offered housekeeping services on a specific day. Students are required to take care of cleaning on the remaining days.
The regulations established by the hostel administration will apply to students while they are staying there.
No student may employ a hostel housekeeper's services for non-class-related tasks.
Without permission from the prisoners, students will not enter the rooms of other pupils.
The administration of the hostel must be notified right once of any sickness or injury.
Only with the consent of the relevant authorities may a party or celebration be held on hostel property.
Students with infectious illnesses won't be permitted to stay in the dorm. The authorities' decision in this matter will be final and binding. Every ailment should be notified to the institute's medical officer via the relevant authority.
The authorities shall have complete discretion over the distribution of room furnishings, etc., and no complaints in this respect will be taken into consideration.
All issues including disputes between students and reports of theft must be brought to the hostel management's attention. The student will not file a police report without first getting approval from the dormitory staff.
Strict action will be taken in response to any complaint from the society.
Students who engage in abusive and threatening behaviour, physical altercations, the use of force to carry out unjust acts, etc., shall face consequences. Additionally, they risk being kicked out of the hostel or Institute. No student is allowed to retain any firearms, harmful objects, noxious items, or alcoholic beverages of any type in the dorm. Students shouldn't practise law on their own.
It is against the law to play music or a record player, chat on a mobile phone, or use other loud noise-making devices near your neighbours. Defaulters will face consequences. Repeated infractions will result in termination of the hostel room reservation.
Students must often check the notice board at the hostel. Any student staying in the hostel may have their room inspected at any time by an authorised member of the institute personnel. Inmates of hostels are required to have their I-cards with them at all times and show them to any hostel or institute authorities upon request. Students are required to carry their identity cards at all times.
The hostel rector should be notified of any grievances or recommendations first.
The Institute authorities are not responsible for any occurrences that may take place while off-campus.
No one may cook for himself in the room. They can only prepare food and eat it in the designated corridor.
All electrical appliances, including heaters, geysers, coffee makers, and irons are not allowed.
A laundry facility is accessible on a certain day for a little fee.
Filling out the hostel entrance form is required every year. Every year, reservations should be made in the months of May and June. Only regulatory agencies have the authority to assign and revoke reservations for rooms.
